I have always loved writing of all kinds, and used to write short stories and poems. I realised I wanted to become a journalist after founding and editing my school's news magazine.

Having gained 'hands-on' experience on TV shows, newspapers, magazines, radio and websites, I have since completed an NCTJ course in Bournemouth, Dorset.
